Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Anispire (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application and related services. By using Anispire, you agree to this policy.

Effective date

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 25, 2026.

Information we collect

  • Anonymous app identifier: Anispire creates an app-specific identifier (appUserId) to provide core functionality, sync preferences, and map subscription entitlements without requiring account sign-in.
  • Optional account data: if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the basic identifiers and profile information those providers share with us.
  • App usage: preferences you set in the app (for example language, theme, selected vibes, and notification windows), favorites, and interaction data needed to operate features.
  • Purchases: subscription status and transaction metadata processed by Apple/Google and our payment partner (RevenueCat). We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Diagnostics: crash or error reports and limited device metadata to improve stability.

How we use information

We use the data above to provide and improve the service, maintain app state across sessions/devices, deliver subscriptions and entitlements, personalize content where applicable, communicate important service updates, and protect against abuse or fraud.

Service providers

We rely on infrastructure and tooling partners (including hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and subscription management) that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. They may only use your information to provide services to us.

Third-party services used in the app

  • Authentication providers (Apple Sign In, Google Sign-In)
  • Backend and storage infrastructure providers
  • Subscription management platform (RevenueCat)
  • Platform billing providers (Apple App Store, Google Play)
  • Crash and diagnostic monitoring services

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal or contractual obligations (for example billing records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data deletion requests

You can delete your data directly in the app: open Settings (or Configuration, depending on your app language/version) and tap Delete Account. You may also request deletion by email.

After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data associated with your account, except information we must retain for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or billing compliance.

If you purchased a subscription, billing is managed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store-managed subscriptions; you must cancel those in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Children

Anispire is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. When we transfer data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and, when appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
