Terms of Service

Effective date

These Terms of Service are effective as of April 23, 2026.

The service

Anispire provides motivational anime-style quotes, sharing tools, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice when practical.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You can delete your account in-app from Configuration > Delete Account or by contacting us at the email below.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your store account settings before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google policies.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel active store subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Free and paid features

Some app features may be available for free, while others require an active subscription. Feature availability may change over time as we improve the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt, or probe the service or our systems;
• scrape, automate, or overload the service beyond normal personal use;
• use the service to violate law or infringe others’ rights; or
• attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent technical limitations.

Intellectual property

The app, branding, and original content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. Quotes and titles may reference third-party works; those works remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or twenty US dollars, except where prohibited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Third-party platforms

The app may integrate with third-party platforms and services (including Apple and Google). Your use of those services is also subject to their separate terms and policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business or residence, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Courts in those jurisdictions have exclusive venue, unless you have a non-waivable right to sue elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
